Wellington Place is owned and managed by Ann Kaushal RN, a long-time resident of Brentwood, TN. Ann had a vision to build a small community for Seniors in an upscale, easily accessible location. Ann always believed that Home is a special place where a person feels most comfortable, secure, cared for, and respected.

That vision came to reality in 1996 when Wellington Place doors were opened for the Seniors of the area. Since the day of opening Ann along with her team has continued to provide individualized care to each and every resident of this community. Being locally owned and without any corporate overhead, this community has been able to provide excellent care at affordable prices.

We are conveniently located in the Maryland Farms area of Brentwood, Tennessee. Nearby, you will find several restaurants, hotels, churches, public green spaces, and shopping areas. Brentwood is only 10 miles south of Nashville, a city with a wide range of museums, festivals, and other fun events for the whole family!
